Q: I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?

A: We get it, we all make mistakes. If you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us ASAP at info@daphne-style.com.

Our orders are fulfilled quickly (because we know that waiting for a package to arrive feels like a lifetime) but we would be happy to look into your order and see if canceling is possible due to your order not being shipped yet.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Online shopping can be tricky, and we get it! We’re sorry to hear that it’s not the right fit. As long as your pieces have not been worn or damaged, you are able to return or exchange them (in their original packaging) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, after 14 days we no longer accept returns or exchanges.
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds and exchanges on sale items. If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available with the package you returned, credit will be given to be applied for another item.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: When do I get my refund?

A: Once we receive the piece back at our studio, we will issue your refund in the original amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Q: The item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do?

A: If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Email us at info@daphne-style or call 201-691-4243.
